A leader of international and national projects with over 10 years of experience in the public sector. Expert in change management and organizational development. PhD in Economics, MBA program lecturer. Has significant experience in fundraising and strategic planning for non-profit organizations.

Valentyna Triukhan
Manages international, national, and local projects with over 15 years of experience in non-governmental organizations.
Conducts evaluations of humanitarian initiatives, ensuring their quality and effectiveness.
Implements humanitarian, development, and early recovery projects that bring positive changes for vulnerable population groups.

Expert in international cooperation and humanitarian field with significant project management experience. Specializes in establishing municipal partnerships, supporting local governance, IDP integration, business development, and youth work. Has crisis management and intercultural communication skills for effective collaboration with international partners.

Responsible for financial support of projects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
