The "NAVKOLO" Charity Foundation, in partnership with the Kopychyntsi City Council, has become one of the 11 winners of the Community reBuilding project! Community reBuilding is a joint initiative of Cedos and UMAEF, aimed at developing community-building centers across Ukraine.
Our project was selected from 366 applications nationwide!
What Does This Mean for Our Community?
Based at the Humanitarian Headquarters, which has been a center of support for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and local residents since the full-scale invasion, we are launching the first community-building space in our region—"NAVKOLO".
Our Space Will Focus On:
Educational programs & cultural events
Psychosocial support
Community initiative development
Entrepreneurship support
Meaningful leisure activities
The Project Has Already Started!
Our Project Manager, Valentyna Triukhan, and Oleksandr Brylin, Chief Specialist of Communication and International Cooperation at Kopychyntsi City Council, recently attended an introductory workshop in Lviv. There, they gained valuable insights on accessibility, inclusivity, community development, and communication while connecting with an inspiring team of mentors who will guide the project.
